![]() About FOODmatters FOODmatters was set up with one primary objective - to share knowledge about the power of food and its impact on health and well being. Ann studied at Leeds University and the Centre for Nutrition Education in Wokingham, a leading establishment in the field of nutrition education. She has a first class BSc Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy, a BSc in Chemistry and a coaching qualification (NLP Practitioner). She spent the first 15 years of her career in Human Resources, enjoying the challenges of the corporate world. She has always been a keen cook and is passionate about good food, but it wasn’t until she had her own children that she became aware of the dramatic effects that food can have on health and well being. Her aim is to empower people to live a healthier life. She supports individuals and groups through nutrition consultations, seminars, workshops and zest4life Nutrition and Weightloss programmes. Through her own personal experiences she knows that good nutrition is one of the corner-stones of health. Ann's approach is practical and 'real world' and she believes that making healthy food appetising and easy to prepare is essential. |
